1. General workers
Recruitment requirements:
1. 25-35 years old;

2. Production Director
Recruitment requirements: Full time college degree or above, with more than 2 years of production management experience, aged 28-38, outgoing personality, and steady work.
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the production plan, arrange the team members and production equipment reasonably to complete the production work with quality and quantity guaranteed;
2. Organize safety production, do a good job in on-site basic management, and complete daily production tasks;
3. Participate in the analysis and handling of production quality abnormalities, and propose parallel suggestions and solutions for production capacity, efficiency, and quality based on actual situations;
4. Cooperate with the company's promotion, execution, and implementation of various company management systems and other resolutions;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors; Experience in film printing or COB packaging industry is preferred.
3. Software Engineer
Recruitment requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; Age 30-40 years old; Major in Electronic Communication, Computer Science, and Software Engineering; Proficient in C programming language C++; Mature and stable personality, strong project control ability, and strong teamwork spirit;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with product testing methods, proficient in microcontroller program development, and capable of resolving software anomalies;
2. Responsible for developing application software for functional printer equipment such as labels and receipts;
3. Independently complete the design and development of software modules according to project requirements;
4. Based on customer feedback or test results, resolve product software anomalies and develop solutions;
5. Cooperate with testing personnel to carry out testing work;
6. Responsible for writing and maintaining software related documents;
7. More than 3 years of experience in independently developing printer software;
8. Be familiar with the development of Ethernet WIFI horizontal block, LWIP protocol and TCP communication protocol;
9. Familiar with the principles of embedded ARM microcontrollers and the design and development of outer ring circuits;
10. Familiar with STM, GD, NXP series microcontroller development, proficient in using Keil wdk
11. Familiar with product testing methods, able to write upper computer software and conduct testing and development on their own.
4. R&D Director
Recruitment requirements: Bachelor's degree or above (excellent may be relaxed), at least three years of management experience, and 5 years of relevant work experience in technical support or skill guidance; Proficient in semiconductor or PH product production equipment, with rich process management skills;
Familiar with office, CAD, PADS, SOLIDWORKS and other related software;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the various tasks of the R&D center;
2. Manage the development and introduction of new products, materials, processes, and equipment in the R&D center;
3. Develop new suppliers for materials, treatment tools, etc;
4. Coordinate communication and problem-solving among departments;
5. Handling customer complaints and quality issues;
6. Enhancing the soft power of the company in terms of technology;
7. Collect information on TPH market direction, new demands, new technologies, and other related aspects;
8. External connection in terms of technology;

5. Production department head
Recruitment requirements: 30-45 years old; College degree or above; More than 3 years of experience in production management in large-scale manufacturing industry; Adapt to working in clean rooms;
